Web Hook is an HTTP request, which is convenient for users to integrate with other systems.
Crawlab also has the function of Web Hook. The purpose is to facilitate the user to send the information of start, completion and error of Crawlab tasks to other systems.
When the user enables Web Hook, Crawlab will send HTTP request to the address specified by Web Hook in the form of post whenever the task starts to run, ends, or makes an error.
The configuration of Web Hook is very simple: after creating a spider, the user can enable the web hook in the spider overview, fill in the URL address of the Web Hook, and click save button. Then you can use Web Hook.
